Daily Stretching

I just want to remind you of how important it is to stretch your muscles on a regular basis. You should definitely stretch after a workout. It is also beneficial to stretch several times a week.
Stretching makes you feel good. Personally, I feel that stretching not only helps release tension in my body- it also helps move my energy around. I feel rejuvenated after stretching, especially after sitting for long periods of time (for example: while I am at work in my office). I often feel suddenly lethargic after a long stint at my desk. I then stretch and do some breathing exercises. The difference in how I feel is remarkable.
